Steve Wilkinson BSc (Hons) MSc

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Having led several renewable technology businesses in the UK, Steve has extensive experience developing significant solar SPV solutions for a variety of clients during his time as Director at Eaga plc and GB Energy Solutions.  Steve has over 12 years’ experience in the market place and has developed and delivered schemes on behalf of several utility firms in the UK. As Managing Director of Sustinere UK, Steve’s key focus is around business strategy, marketing and sales.

Neil Humes

Co- Founder & Operational Director

Specialising in mechanical engineering; Neil is a highly experienced contracts and operations manager delivering multiple M and E installations across a variety of projects including energy centres and renewable installations (biomass, solar thermal,  ASHP, solar PV, CHP and multiple large scale district heating projects).  Neil has a wealth of experience delivering projects for a variety of clients including private developers and social housing clients throughout the UK.

Stephen Dormer

Sales Director

Steve Dormer has over 20 years experience as a sales and business development director in the UK energy and renewable technology market. Holding senior position at Eaga PLC, N Power and Willmott Dixon, Steve has successful secured projects and long term strategic relationships in both the public and private sectors.

Tristan Lloyd-Baker BA (Hons) MBA

Co-founder & Commercial Director

Tristan is the commercial and financial lead within Sustinere UK, focusing on pipeline development and funding. Tristan is also a Co-Founder of Seismic Ventures the EIS and SEIS business formation, fund-raising and operation specialist.
Tristan has focused on the new-energy sector since completing his MBA in 2007, this followed a 10 year career in blue chip city-based financial institution Goldman Sachs.

Graham Thompson BSc (Hons) IEng MIET

Co- Founder & Technical Director

With over 25 years mechanical and electrical engineering experience across many sectors, Graham is a highly experienced technical manager with extensive knowledge of the renewable energy industry in the UK.  Graham’s expertise includes the design and quality management of large scale commercial and domestic renewable technology projects.  As Technical Director, Graham’s function is to develop and implement new technical solutions for Sustinere UK energy efficiency contracts.

Peter Hately

Supply Wise Director

Peter Hatley is an experienced director, building and leading a large team of public sector employees at Northumberland County Council responsible for delivering energy and asset management services throughout the County.  Peter was responsible for large Solar PV, low carbon heating and wind turbine deployment schemes. In addition, Peter lead a strategic team liaising with other Public sector bodies throughout the UK to review the potential improvements in Energy Procurement.
